Geography is an important part of Bo Rush's sports books. SOCCER BUGS takes place in Illinois. BASKETBALL BROTHER is set in Kansas and Indiana. Iowa is the setting for SOCCER SIDEKICKS. Many of the characters in both soccer books are named after local towns -- Quincy Morrison and Savanna Dixon (Illinois); Sully Ames and Spencer DeWitt (Iowa).
